You live in a small town. No, not small, tiny. Everyone knows everyones' names and business, you walk from place to place, it's a bit too hunky-dorey for some people to stand. You went to bed last night without a care in the world, well, you were a little worried about the weather this weekend, but otherwise you were as hunky-dorey as the town you live in.

That all changed about five minutes ago. You woke up, not to your annoying alarm clock, but to a blood curdling scream in the middle of the night. You nearly fell out of bed in fright, and slowly looked out your window to see what happened. What you see is a dead body in the middle of the street.

You shakily throw on a robe and stumble outside, trying to care for whoever it was. It is most likely a good friend of yours. When you approach the body, your heart drops. It was a good friend of yours. In their chest is a knife, with a note attached. You tearfully take the note as a crowd gathers around you, and your uneven voice reads it out loud.

So you see, life here has been quiet. Too quiet. So, I've decided to make it more... exciting. Every night I will kill off one of you, every single night. Your job is to stay on your feet and don't be killed. Though, that is nearly impossible. If I want to kill you, you're dead. That's how it goes. Unless, of course, you catch me. But that is impossible as well. Just know that I might be standing right next to you. I might be your best friend. All you know right now is that I am your worst nightmare. Guaranteed.

Now you're scared. Really, really scared. You look around, trying to find a face that didn't match the horror or everyone else. A face that didn't fit in. You can't find one. This will be harder than you thought.

During the day, which lasts 48 hours as well, I will tell the story of what happened, and then players will nominate the person they think is the killer. After the day has ended, the person with the most nominations will die and be eliminated from the game. It will then be revealed if they were the killer or not. If so, the villagers win. If not, the game continues.

Here are some guidelines for the game.
- Each member gets only ONE position/job. No new members will be accepted after the game has begun.
- During nominations, it's okay to announce your role or any ideas you have for who might be the killer, but let it be known that you most definitly CAN lie... and you shouldn't trust others of being perfectly honest either.
- After you are out, you are out. Do not give hints to other members, etc.

The roles are stated below.
KILLER self explanatory... the one who decides who is killed.
DOCTOR chooses who to save. If the killer attempts to kill Bob and the doctor decides to save Bob, Bob lives. (yay bob!)
WATCHER chooses a player. I, the narrator, will then tell them the role of that player. They do not get to do this every time, though. Only every other night session.
LOVERS two players. If one dies, the other dies.
SILENCER chooses a player. That person is then not allowed to participate in the nominations.
ROLE BLOCKER chooses a player. That player will then not be able to fufil their role.
