Epic Fail

In my school, although no one does it, we're supposed to record what books we read throughout the year. We need 800 pages per quarter.
So I was going to my little notebook thing to record The Host, and I'm like, "I am SO going to complete the necessities."
Before reading this book, I had completed The Outsiders for school, my copy having 180 pages. Guess how many pages The Host has?

That sucks.
I'm sure they won't count it off or anything though..but that would bug the mess outta me xD
We have to do something similar, but we only have to read 25 books over the entire year. And 150 pages count as a book.
Well...I've already read almost 35 books, the shortest being about 240 pages haha xD

xD Haha, w00t! You've definitely got your year complete for the reading blog. My friend's in a similar position... Except I think she's read over 35, or is coming close to that point... o.0
Wow. 150 Pages as a book.... The Host was four books alone. That's a little less than a sixth of the requirement on its own. XD Add that with some HP and/or Twilight books... Wooooow...

Really, I find it stupid. Cause people can just read twenty-five 150 page books that are easy and pass that part xP But thats just me griping...
Last time I added how many pages my books added up to it equalled around 25 books, and that was at like...13. So...Tomarrow, I might add them all up again to see
But yeah. Alot of my books are like that; Twilight, New Moon, Eragon, Harry Potter...xD

Now I feel like adding up all the pages I read when I finish the big stack of books on my couch. xD *looks in living room* Yeaaah, there's a lot....xD Probably not 35 like Noah, but it still looks like it's about to topple over.

I don't have to read books for my school, just a few book reports on books I've already read. But I wish we had to; It would give me some motivation to finish all the series I've started xD
