No, we don't have to do science fair anymore - we used to, though.

We don't do it this year, but last year we did.

Our group did something on Appearances and Memory. It was rather interesting, but I wrote 7000 words. Pretty much it was only me who wrote stuff.

The Honors Science courses (Biology, Chemistry, etc) have to do a science fair project, but not compete in the science fair. My friend and I didn't compete, but we did which weight of Hot Wheels cars and ramp height propelled the Hot Wheels cars the furthest.

We don't really have a Science Fair, but we have Science Olympics, which are optional and district wide for each level of school (elementary, secondary, senior high).

It sucks that you were limited to one topic. xP It's even worse that it was energy conservation. Quite frankly, I find that category of science 1) not really science and 2) ... Dumb (go on, shoot me).

xD It was horrible. I had this great project planned out, and then my teacher told us this. Like, WHY? xD
