History- Grew up without a mom so he taught himself how to cook to feed his brother, dad, and little sister. Outdoorsy from the start and grew up in the wilderness of North Carolina, which he visits every summer/holiday break.

I playfully shoved into Ryan, as we walked along the coast of a river in North Carolina during spring break. It was our vacation spot, really, and we were all really attached to it since we grew up in North Carolina.

We passed by a few girls, though I was mainly focused on one. I half smiled, not thinking much of it. She was really cute, though I knew I wouldn't even get to know her first name. But what was so bad about flirting? I mean I'd only be here for two weeks. Might as well enjoy it!

I boy walked by and smiled at me. I winked back and was temped to stop and talk to him. Of coarse I did. "Hi..." I smiled looked up at him.

"Hey, what's up?" I asked, pausing momentarilly to see if I was going to stop and talk to her, or what. "Hey Ryan, you coming?" my cousin called out to me, as I looked back and fourth between the two.

"Nah, I'll catch up with you guys later, okay?" I called. "Alright. Knock yourself out!" he chuckled, as my brother whistled. "Sorry about them," I smirked, knowing that they would do that from the start.

"I don't mind..." I giggled and turned a certain way that was just a flirtier position. "So what's your name?"

"Ryan," I flashed a smile, looking at her with my hazel greenn eyes. "You?" I asked, glad it wasn't awkward. A lot of girls were.

"Rani..." I giggled. He was confident and I loved that in a guy.

"So, do you wanna hang out or something, Rani? Get some coffee?" I offered. I really liked her name, it was pretty unique. I mean I had never heard it before... I wondered if it was short for something.

I focused my attention on her, as I waited for her to speak again. Maybe this was the spring romance that I needed...

"Yeah... yeah that'd be cool..." I smiled and took out my phone. "Gimee your number..."

'4072329769," I answered, keeping my phone in my pocket. I'd get it when she texted me, or whatever. "So, do you live around here?" I asked her.

"Mhm... I just moved out here about a month ago," I answered, punching in his number. "You?"

"Just visiting with a few friends for vacation," I shrugged. "It's pretty nice out here, huh?" I smiled, looking at the ocean.

"I guess..." I shrugged, not really knowing what to say.

"So what do you do in your spare time?" I asked, trying to get to know her better. All I knew so far was her name, Rani...

"I dunno... I'm into music..." I offered.
