What's the deal-e-o?!

(Yes, I read the thread someone else made, but that was like, 4 days ago.)
What's up with new Twig? When will it be back up? If it's still the same issues as it was back on the other thread, I say just go back to the old, it'll be faster. I can deal with the glitches and bugs if we have like... 2 weeks of no nothingness, update-wise.
Will it at least be up by august 11? I really want it there for my birthday, or the day before.
