A story by SaddleClub (no official title yet xD)
Maturity: Um, I'm not really sure. I think there's gonna be some violence and romance, but that's it.
Fantasy: Vampires
Hi!! I originally posted this story on WI, but then they came up with a "no Twilight stories" rule so I couldn't add anymore. But now I can post it here!!!! Enjoy!!
For those of you on WI who wanna see the whole story in one post (to make it easier for you to read) or to just cheat and read ahead (xD) here's the link!
http://www.webkinzinsider.com/forum/f196/story-saddleclub-403864/
Character Key (in case you don't know who I'm talking about )
Saddle/I/me ~ me; SaddleClub
Shadow ~ shadowsowner888
Nicole ~ mileyluver279 on WI
I slammed the door to my room shut locked it. “Finally!” I heard from my bed.
I turned around to face Shadow. “Hey, at least you don’t have to live with him.”
“That’s true,” she said.
“But you do come here so often, it’s like you do live here.”
“Ha, ha. Well, I could say the same about you and my house.”
“Well, I have to spend some time away from my brother. You weren’t the one being tackled down there.” I walked over to grab my hairbrush. “Ugh. My hair is a mess!”
She laughed.
“Not funny,” I said, brushing through my hair.
“Yes, it is,” she said then continued laughing.
I finished brushing my hair and put the brush back. “Why don’t you go down there, then? I’d like to see who’d be laughing after that.”
“I’m fine right here,” she said. She walked over to my bookcase and took Twilight. Then she went back to my bed and started reading.
“Hey, who said you could read that?” I said.
“You did?” Shadow replied, looking up from the book.
“When?” I took the book from her.
“Aw, come on! Just let me read it!”
“Later,” I said as I put it back on the shelf.
“Fine. So what do you want to do now?”
I walked over and sat down on my bed next to Shadow. “I don’t know. What do you want to do?”
She smiled and said, “Races.”
Races. Great. “Aw, you know I hate races! And you always beat me anyway.”
“That’s what makes them fun!”
“For you, maybe.”
She rolled her eyes. “Just come with me.”
She grabbed my wrist and half dragged me down the stairs. I was barely able to call out, “Mom, I’m going to the park with Shadow!” before I was out the door.
“Am I allowed to ride my bike? Or are you going to tie a rope around my neck and pull me along like a dog?” I asked.
Shadow let go of my arm. “You can ride your bike.”
“Gee, thanks.”
I got my bike as quickly as possible and we started riding to the park. When we got there, Shadow started practically dragging me again.
“Okay. This will be the starting line,” she said. “Run once around the soccer and baseball fields and then end here, too, okay?”
I reluctantly walked up to the declared starting line. “Fine. Let’s just get this over with.”
Shadow laughed. “Okay. On your mark . . . get set . . . GO!”
We started running.
*********************
Shadow took the lead immediately. As always. I knew I didn’t have a chance. I didn’t even try that often anymore. But today, I ran and I tried to keep up with Shadow.
As we passed the concession stand, I was thinking that I was lucky I had some money in my pocket. I would need water when we were done with this race.
I started to let my mind wander. I thought for half a second that I should pay attention so I don’t run into a tree or anything. But then I just ignored that worry and thought about other things. I wondered what it would be like if I was a vampire. I’d have completed this stupid race by now if I was.
Sooner than I thought, we were running up the final hill. I was out of breath and tired - I thought back to the concession stand for a moment - but I kept running. It wasn’t over yet.
Shadow was at the top of the hill before me. I felt like I was going to collapse soon. Why didn’t I just let her read the book? I didn’t want to do this.
Suddenly, I was going a little faster than before. I made it to the top of the hill very quickly. Then, all of a sudden, I was standing on the finish line.

Sorry if it's confusing to read, I tried to seperate each line, but it really started to annoy me so I just gave up.

Sorry about the paragraphs. When I tried to add space in between each one, it wouldn't stay where I wanted it too and kept going back to the top and I got really annoyed and gave up. And I'll add more after some more comments.
You don't really get what?

Well, so this girl was running, and then she was gonna faint, but then she won? She wasn't bitten. Why is she like a vampire?

No one knows how she (well, I XD) started becoming a vampire like that, she (again, I XD) just did. That's what makes it interesting.

I think so, but I'd have to check.
Wow, there's so much of this story I almost forgot about.
