Color Guide
So, as some of you may have noticed, our dropdown list has rather limited colors to choose from. So, I'm posting a list for your reference, of all the colors I know of that you can use. We can't actually add these to the list, and so you'll be stuck doing these manually, but I think it's worth it.
First in the list there'll be the color's name, and then what the color looks like. To use that color in your posts, just use the following code around the text you want colored:
In place of the question mark, though, use the name of the color. For example, let's say you want to use the color green. It'd look like this.
See, isn't that easy? So, anyway, here's that list. And if you know the hexadecimal code to a color instead of the name, for example #FFFFFF, you can put that in place of the color name, I think. I'm not really sure if it works for Forumotion, but you can try it!! xD

Re: Color Guide
Thanks so much, Shadz, for this handy dandy little guide. xD I love all of the colors you came up with. Sometimes I will try to make a color like lets say "Apple" but it came out as this dark purple. xD

Re: Color Guide
No prob, Merry! Lol, yeah, that's happened to me too. xD Especially when I make typos. But I pretty much just memorized the names of all the colors off the vBulletin list, so yah, at least I didn't spend hours and hours figuring these out.

Re: Color Guide
Sweet! I normally use teal on other websites, but I think I'll stick with purple, since it's a habit now! lol

There's Lavender too, but it doesn't show up on this site's background. It's almost invisible!!!!

Whoa, thanks, Aki. Haha, I'll have to add those later, though. Cus I've gotta get off. xD
Re: Color Guide
Shadow Fire wrote:honeygarlic
I wonder if it worked.. XDD
That's just screwed up. I wrote Honey Garlic, and it turned blue. XD
Re: Color Guide
Lol, no matter what you type in, it always comes out as a color. xD
The problem is actually finding a color that works, as opposed to it not working so just switching somehow to the nearest "matching" color. xD
