I Fail. Empty I Fail.

This Poem sort of came to me...
Enjoy.

I Fail.

Leaning towards the edge
Tripping to the cliff
Sliding over
Falling, falling, down

Gliding to the end
Losing balance
Stepping off the path
Breaking oaths

Dreaming after falls
Walking in a storm
Seeing brighter lights
Being doubtful

Looking onward
Trusting no one
Speaking lies
Staying still

Trying again:

Leaning towards the edge
Tripping to the cliff
Sliding over
Falling, falling, down

Waking to reality
Thinking brighter thoughts
Pushing memories away
Living in a life

Keeping steady
Hoping for better
Knowing too little but
Having faith

And Yet;

I fail
Looking onward
Trusting no one
Speaking lies
Staying still

Again

Eventually I’ll die;

Dreaming after falls
Walking in a storm
Seeing brighter lights
Being doubtful

Again

Jumping off the edge
Hurtling off the cliff
Sliding over
Falling to my end.

I die.
