I started to cry as well. "I'm...so..." I broke off and couldn't continue. I let go of her and left. I went and laid on our bed, and cried until I fell asleep.

I nodded. "I'll save my excitement until then," I told her.

I chuckled as she sat there speechless.

I wish that she would forgive me, but I struck a mortal blow. I rolled over and stared at the ceiling.

I looked at her and said, "You better get going then!"

"Bye honey," I said to Brittani. I got up and kissed her.
