Saddle Singing

I got bored so I took my camera and recorded myself singing along to a karaoke on youtube of A Thousand Miles by Vanessa Carlton. It sucks and I screwed up several times (either with lyrics, timing, or pitch), but it's the best one I recorded. Ignore the beeping, that was me playing with my phone.

(PS: You don't actually see me, I had the camera pointed at my computer so not much came up except like part of the bottom of my computer monitor)

(PPS: The quality came out really bad, my voice sounds kinda low and muffled and crud. Sorry. xP)

(trying to muffle it was a fail xP) And I don't know why, but I felt like the karaoke I found was slow. xP I dunno, I just think it's not that good. But I'm postin' it anyways.

Breakaway ~ Kelly Clarkson. I don't know this song too well, so I was looking at a lyrics sheet while singing it. I didn't think the first one turned out too well, though. So then I listened to it and rerecorded it. Which is why there's two. But I think I sound bad in both. But I think it's better than the other videos I've posted. If that makes any sense at all.

Love Story ~ Taylor Swift. I'm actually kind of proud of this one. I don't think it came out too bad. The computer made it sound higher than I actually sang it, but it's still not too bad. I just had to speed up a little at the end cuz my camera was running out of recording time.

Thanks. I sing soprano, so my voice usually comes out highish in videos, even if I'm just talking. xP And I sound like a little kid on the phone. xP I don't know what happened after I uploaded this, but it came out lower. Kinda normal, but a little lower than I actually sound.

I tried to make two more. The first came out okish I guess, but I screwed up a little and the house phone started ringing and you can hear it. xP And the second one, I kept getting interrupted and had to start over and then my camera died so that one was kinda an epic fail.

I was going to sing a song, but my singing sucks. My voice has this range it can't reach between the 'c' which is just an octave above the middle c, and really high. That basically puts all songs out of my vocal range.
Any ideas?

If I sing for a while, I can't get too high. xP So if I wanna do songs with high notes (for example, I was thinking of Gift of a Friend by Demi Lovato) I have to wait and try to get it right the first time. xP
Maybe you can sing songs an octave lower than their supposed to be? Sometimes I either make songs higher or lower depending on the notes when I sing.

I think I'll be doing a lot of Taylor Swift songs. I like them

I have a few songs I recorded on my phone. I'll try to get them to my computer so I can post them. I don't know if I'll post Love Story or not. I had been singing for a while, so by the end my voice was really strained and I sound awful. xP

I've been trying to find a way. xD Cus Fileden is totally screwy; my account still isn't activated. And iMovie doesn't have the right filetype for Tinypic . . . I'mma thinking I'll make it on iMovie, though, and import it to iTunes, and hopefully that will let me use Tinypic.
