Kumori's Jutsu

Yes, I felt like posting some art. ^^ Some are great, some suck, but I really like most of them and wanna share em. The one thing they have in common is that I drew each by hand. The only digital manipulation they'll have is a bit of sharpening or such to make the colors stand out better, as my scanner doesn't always do too well with pencils.

I love love love (constructive) criticism, so don't feel like you're gonna hurt my feelings if you whine about how horrible the proportions are or something. :3 All the same, though, I hope you'll like them. Enjoy!

This is what I call the manga representation of myself. I drew this on 1-31-10, and feel it's by far my best drawing ever. Her hips and head seem a little misshapen to me, and there's a line I accidentally drew behind her legs, but other than that, I love this one. ^^ Especially how the clothes and hair are so me. I was actually wearing that outfit when I drew it, except, the top was purply-pink.


That's unfortunately it at the moment, since my scanner just broke. >.> I'll hopefully have more later.

That looks great, Ado! ^^ You did really awesome with the body shape and I love the boots especially! o: I can never draw shoes that well.

As for constructive criticism, perhaps to improve, next time you could make the eyes a bit bigger and the nose closer to the mouth. :3

But wow, seriously, I don't know what you were talking about with the proportions. You did amazing! A lot of the times in drawings, the head tends to be bigger than it's supposed to be, but you did it the perfect size.

Thanks, Komoda! Lol, that's way more of a positive reaction than I was expecting. xD I shall take your advice about the eyes and nose . . . I didn't like her nose much anyway. The pen made it too big. xD Maybe I can get it perfect next time!

Of course not! That's more of a thought on my part, or the drawing's rather . . . I didn't think it was good enough for a reaction like that.
