Daisykit got one of the mice and collapsed by Snowkit, eating the mouse.

Sablekit stood up.

Oakkit: I scampered excitedly out of the nursery, my tail waving high in the air. We were going to be apprentices!

Windkit: I hung off to the side, my gaze flicking from the leader to the medicine cat and back. I hoped Yarrowfang had told him that I wanted to be the medicine apprentice.

Daisypaw purred in delight as she padded over to her new mentor.
