The message

All the girls and boys and women and men, who wallow in their descent,
I have a message just for them, and I hope that they repent.

Open your eyes, look outside,
Look at the rainbows your sulking hides.

Look at the flowers look at the sky,
Look at the birds as they go by.

Notice the folks who grin and wave,
Though they don't even know your name.

Notice your family, colleagues, and friends,
Notice the kids. who lend you their pens.

Notice the snow, how brightly it gleams,
See how it melts into rivers and streams,

Look up see the girl, wh gave you her seat,
Notice your friend, who sighs in defeat,

Because you can't change, won't change, refuse to see,
How lonely being friends can be.

See all these things and begin to think,
How much you would miss, if you left in a blink.

And seeing this, perhaps you could,
Stop feeling bad, and start feeling good.
