Can't log in? Empty Can't log in?

I refreshed the page to check the clicks on my pets, and it said I couldn't view it because I was logged out, so I went to log back in... and it says I don't exist. I'm pretty sure I do... Unless my life is a lie... Help?

Oh, and I tried the password reset, but it said something about a fatal error...

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_rand_id() in /home/pixelpup/public_html/twig/adoptables/forgotpass.php on line 113
