Generally I support the bad guys. ^^ I don't support Malfoy, but I do support James from Twilight, and I guess if Light's supposed to be the protagonist in DN then I support one of the antagonists (Matt, who was bad-donkey anyway). And various others I can't name off the top of my head.

In Twilight, I like the 'bad guys' but in Vampire Academy I don't. It depends on the fandom, but I usually the the 'bad' person or the less liked one (Like in House Of Night, I dislike Heath and Erik, but like Stark). So, yeah, it depends on the fandom, basically.

Hm... Well, if you say that, then I guess I gotta vote for that. 'Cause quite honestly, I don't think James evil. HE WAS DOING JUSTICE.
And to me Draco just seems like the kind of guy that would, in a normal school, personality-wise, be the football jock that's throwing people in dumpsters every day and gets all the girls. That's not my kind of man. Plus I heard he's a total wuss in the sixth movie. xD Though I like his first name, considering it's Greek for dragon. :3

Pfff. That's Harry's opinion. Read the book from Draco's point of view, you'd get a whoooole new story (Yush. Movie 6 is cruddy XD)

What's the need in asking? My answer is quite obvious.
- Spoiler:
- And if you still don't know.. then.. THE EVIL ONES. >8D
Re: Baddies vs. Goodies! :D
@Becca: For some reason I find that incredibly difficult. xD Especially considering I don't know which book to look at. I might be able to see his (almost typed 'her' :O) side in book seven, but I'm not sure about the others...
@Forry: You say that correctly. But I still don't like him.
@Mia: That spoiler was kind of redundant. xD

Re: Baddies vs. Goodies! :D
Hmm. Depends on the story. I consider myself, ultimately, neutral (a mix of lawful, true, and chaotic at that), but most story characters... don't.
Who has a more fleshed-out personality? (okay, likely the heroes, 'cause the whole thing's about them, but you can get some pretty full villains sometimes, too.)
Who has a better personality? (While it's not impossible to like a villain with no good characteristics, it's certainly harder than if he/she has one or two positive traits. Again, mostly a giveaway for the good guys.)
Who looks cooler? (Well, evil in general, no duh.)
Also, in media with theme music involved: Who gets better songs? (Can go either way, here. Heroes tend to get pretty catchy ones, but I've heard my share of rather epic ones for evil people too.)
...seriously, I can't pick a side here.
In Sonic, my five favorites are good, something resembling good, neutral, evil, and evil to the core. (Of the no-good-traits-but-ya-love-'em-anyways variety)
In Pendragon (my favorite books ever), I hate the evil guy with a burning passion. Basically everyone else (especially the female main characters, they're really awesome) is okay with me.
But as for Drawn to Life (favorite video game ever) I can't really like the villain (I will actively hate him in boss fights), but he's not awful (He's a really cool character otherwise, even if, again, no good traits. Anymore. He seemed like a great guy before he turned evil.). And the rest of the Raposa are too cute not to love.

Ooh, Kiri, you reminded me of Sonic, thanks. Gosh, that alone throws my vote off balance. >.>
I'm just saying this based off of a review the Nostalgia Critic put up for the Sonic series. In the first version, the good guys (Tails and Sonic primarily) were the only guys that could possibly be enjoyed, 'cause Dr. Eggman (that's his name right? xD) and his sidekicks seemed really loco... o.e
But in the second version, everybody was so epic I couldn't possibly choose a preferred side. Except, the last character ever seen before the second version was reduced to eternal reruns... Whoever he was, I forget, he didn't seem favorable.
Then again, that's only one show. xD I'll keep my vote.
(Sorry, felt like giving myself a little rant.)

Exactly. You have no idea how many times I tried to convince people of that in my team James days.

Ohmygosh, another James fan! You are, like, only the third one I've ever met. xD Or maybe you were the one I saw on WI once with Team James avvies and whatnot. Hm, I dunno. Second or third.
Anyway... Back on topic. Yeah, that's the whole reason why I chose the third option in that poll. Everybody thinks he was being so demonic for trying to steal Bella from Edward and drinking her blood and boo-hoo-bleh. In reality he was trying to kill the horrific storyline to come before t(w)eenagers all over the world became poisoned!
*coughs* Or at least that's what I think. xD

Yeah, that was probably. I've actually converted a couple other people to team James in real life, but one... yeah, never mind.
I always thought that James (and Laurent) weren't bad, because they were just being normal vampires. Stephenie Meyer said it herself in an interview once; they were the normal vampires, acting like they should.

Re: Baddies vs. Goodies! :D
Okai. This year this one girl moved to my school from another in the district, and she's team James. A couple friends of mine still think I'm married to James, who they think is the equivalent of Cleverbot because I put up an act for them that wouldn't turn out pretty on here . . . So I don't know how they think of him . . . xD
Twilight never did seem to have a protagonist or an antagonist or any of that. There were just a vampire and a human who loved each other, but everybody thought it to be wrong and wanted it to be stopped so they tried to bash the clan for their own little reasons related/in addition to the main one. Everybody says, "JAMES IS EVIL!" because they assume the main character is the protagonist and anyone that tries to hurt him/her is bad, but you're right, they were just being normal.

It all depends. I don't think any party can be considered "good" or "bad". The person who's perspective you're looking from will always be dubbed as the good one, generally, even if they aren't so "morally good". I follow the side I agree with most, so it varies.

a) I don't like the word "evil". Not for superstitions, but because it's illogical.
and
b) I root for the good guys as much as I root for the bad ones.
