Setting
This roleplay takes place in 2045 in a city called "Envy". Everything in the city is painted white, no color showing whatsoever. The streets are the only thing that happen to be charcoal grey but instead of yellow marks like in the olden days, they are white. Everything is pretty much high tech here, including the high security. You can't go anywhere without seeing a camera, and there are cops EVERYWHERE. Especially along the rooftops, where Runners dwell. If you are caught wearing colors other than white, you can be arrested for drawing too much attention. The policemen are the only ones aloud to wear black, and only when on duty. The government has been successfully trying to make the entire population seem controlled and in sync. They would have succeeded, if it hadn't been for the Runners.
Characters
In this roleplay, you can be of two different character groups. The government, or Runners.
The government wear all black, including their hair, which must be black at all times. They can be stationed anywhere around the city, except the Runner's headquarters. These characters are not as good at running as the Runners, obviously, especially because they have bullet proof vests on and can't jump as far. But, they own machine guns and snipers, so they prefer to shoot and not run.
The runners usually wear white if they are new, but as they progress begin to wear red and black clothing also. The Hiders, a type of Runner, wear all black so they blend with the government. They are extremely arobic and very fast people with long legs and don't own guns. They know how to fight and unarm others to steal the guns.Although everything is painted white, the Runners have special vision. If they are in a bad situation, if they concentrate enough good escape routs turn red. If they need to find a way out, maybe they will see a red door and go through there. Runners stick to the rooftops, and they are not to be running the streets because they will stand out and be caught faster.

The Map
This is taken from a Runner's point of view. It is basically a large city, and at the north is very busy with a large government building. To the south is more run down, and most of these houses are abandoned. Here is a slightly large house that seems abandoned but all the Runners live here. However, hardly anyone is ever there at a time, considering the Runners are always running.
