Alice's jaw dropped. "Um.. I um..." She got an idea. She lightly peaked Lucas on the cheek. "There." She said to Brooke with a smiled.

'' Wow '' brooke said '' I mean kiss kiss anyone can do that! '' brooke demanded.

Alice turned her head and mumbled something un-audible. She turned back. Anmafragamagag! She yelled in her mind.

'' Are you going to or not? '' Brooke asked.

Alice looked over at Brooke and stared into her eyes. Her light green eyes darkened abit. She glanced at Lucas, and then locked onto Brooke.

'' Yes or no? '' Brooke asked ... Lucas looked back an forth between them.

Alice just kept gazing into her eyes. I read something about staring into someone's eyes to change their mind... I just hope it works when I need it to... She thought.

'' Alright so you aren't dating? '' she said looking at him.

Again, Alice mumbled something, unaudible. She looked over at Lucas. "Sorry..." She mouthed. Her heart stopped racing, returning to it's normal rate.

He looked up .... He began walking out of the bowling alley ... Brooke followed after him just that simple kiss could have made this all go away.

Alice sighed and set the bowling ball down, and sat down on the bench near her. She put her head in her hands. "I'm so retarded sometimes." She whispered to herself as she swallowed down tears.

Brooke chased after him... '' leave me alone I hate you why don't you get that ... ? '' he asked yelling...Then he realized that he still had his bowling ball shoes on he walked back in took the shoes off an walked bak over where Alice was to grabb his shoes with brooke still following him.

Alice started slipping off her shoes and placed her own back on. She walked right by Lucas and returned her shoes.
"Your date dump you or something?" The boy behind the counter said.
"I guess you could say that." Alice said as she walked out of the bowling alley.

Lucas gave a dirty look then returned his shoes with brooke still trailing behind him ... '' See what I have to deal with now '' He added looking at alice.

"Look, I'm sorry. I didn't know what to do..." Alice said through her teeth, still holding back tears, as she opened the door to let herself out.

'' Well now she is all over me gosh couldn't you have just done it an got it over with ? ''

Alice breathed in, and exhaled. She started walking outside, heading toward her car. "I didn't because I didn't know what to do." She said again.

'' You didn't know how to kiss me? ''

Alice let out a small laugh and turned around. "Look, I haven't kissed a boy, ever. Or even gone out with a boy. I had no clue what to do." She said as tears started brimming her eyes.
