Teloren couldn't answer her as he fought for breath.
The witch aimed several blows of fire at the wolf, while she drew her blade.

"Crap." she muttered as the wolf faded away.
"Kortella. Archery and Sorcery." was all Lazuri said.
It took Kortella a while to figure out what she meant. Kortella nodded. She pulled out her bow and an arrow.. a holy arrow to be exact. "1 . . . 2 . . . 3 . . . AND FIRE!" she shouted, giving the holy arrow an extra boost in the light elemental. She then shot the arrow at the witch with a great aim.

The arrow pierced deeply into the witch. For a moment, she just stood there stricken. Then she laughed darkly. "Well, that's going to leave a mark, isn't it?" she pulled the arrow out, showing no pain or disgust.
Teloren was still bent over.. fighting for the little of his soul he had left.

"That's very disturbing." she commented, making a face.
"What.. the... heck.." she whispered, before looking back down at Teloren. She gently kissed his forehead, then reached out to hold on to his hand. "Don't die, Teloren.." she whispered.

"It was supposed to be." she laughed a little. "You're not going to kill me very easily, despite my age."
Teloren shuddered a little. He turned his head to Lazuri and managed to smirk, before sinking his head lower and closing his eyes.

She pulled him closer, laying her chin on his head. "Please Teloren..."
"God. Now I know why I dislike old hags. Their retards, and b-" she finished it with the word that rhymed with witch.

Teloren struggled just a little more, and everything came to fade.

The gentlest tears streamed down her face, as her grip on his hand tightened. "Please. . ." she repeated, sadly.

She couldn't say anything in reply.
Kortella examined her fire blade carefully before charging towards the witch and attempting to stab her blade in.
"GOD I FREAKING HATE YOU!" she shouted angrily, swiftly pulling out her bow and an arrow, putting all her mana into the arrow and quickly drinking the whole mana potion then putting all of that mana as well into the arrow. She felt weak afterwards, but shot the arrow at the witch anyways. "K- Kortella.. do you have any mana potions?" she asked.
Kortella had just finished the other half of her potion. "Er. . . crap. Sorry mom. . . no more left. . ."
"Then if my arrow didn't work... then the fight, Kortella, is up to you.." she whispered, before closing her eyes and letting herself fall to the ground.
"No mana doesn't result in death. . ." she trailed off, forgetting the witch was there and bending down to check the bottle of the potion. "W- Why mom. . .?" she asked when she finally figured out. "You didn't drink a mana poition. . . it was an illusion. Inside this bottle, it really was. . ." she slowly rose, throwing the bottle away. Soon, it landed and smashed against the ground. "Poison. . ." she finished in a whisper.
