An Update on Changing Names

Okay, the mods and I have discussed this, and we now have the rules set in stone regarding this. nod

1. Names can only be changed once every three months, except in the case of a typo, or if you want to change capitalization.
2. A change of interest is a good reason to change. Another is that people know you better by the name you wish to change to. Boredom is not a good reason.
3. New members must wait a while before they can have a change. If you've just chosen yourself a nice username, why switch it so soon?

(If I left anything out, mods, feel free to edit. xD)

So yup, that's the rules about this as of now. nod

I only changed mine because I thought there might be a like "Display name" feature or something that I could set so it said Akeria... That's all. Technically I'm a name-non-changer. Very Happy

Lol, same for me. I'm so used to joining a forum and having that be your username that you sign in with, and then having a display name feature where you can change your name but still sign in with that same username... so thats why I signed up with avvy, and then changed it to * / A V V Y... but apparently it doesnt work that way.
