A Featured Section?

I want your guys's feedback on this before doing anything. XD But I was considering having a featured section, where there'd be a featured story, poem, roleplay, and member of the month.
I was thinking there'd be like a candidates thread in this section, where you could nominate someone else('s story/poem RP) for this, and then I'd make a poll of some of these near the end of the month. Then the winners would be featured in a thread, like, "Features for the Month of ___!" Then there'd be a brief description of the story/roleplay/poem/member in there.
So, what do you guys think? XD

I think I will, then! XD For now we're just gonna start with the candidates thread, and when it gets closer to the end of the month we'll have a poll.
