Do you people think I should find a way to tell him now (which will take a while cuz I'm not good with this) or is telling him while he's out of the country finding an easy way out?

Out of the country, I think. Then he'll have time to think about you, and realize how awesome you are.
Also because it's easier to do and not as much likely to chicken out from.

Ok, so how should I tell him?

Tell him you like him? Boys like when you are straight forward. Just say it, because they hate when you beat around the bush.

I have no idea. I've tried to do that, but it always ends up unsuccessful.
Maybe just write a simple note, something he'll understand.

Hmm... If he's got an odd sense of humor, like sometimes my crush or guy friend as he's posing as at the time will be like,"It's all your fault that I got a C on my homework!", then it works to just be like,"Hey, uh, can I talk to you, like, seriously for a second?" He'll just stare at you at this point if you do it face to face. He'll likely say yes. Then just be like,"You're probably gonna hate me for saying this, but I'm gonna say it anyway. I like you. We cool?" He'll either:

A. Freak out

B. Act dumbfounded and watch you for a few minutes

C. Say he likes you back (not too likely, but hey, who knows?)

D. Be all,"Alright..." And walk away without further ado.

What do those responses mean?

My ideas for meanings:

A: He's scared.
B: He's taken by surprise and checking to see if your vute. O.o
C: He likes you back and wants to date you. (Best one ever!!!)
D: Not interested.

If he was telling me he liked me (well, he already did, but like if he told me in person) I think he'd be like, "I like you. What?" or something and then just pretend he said nothing. He does that a lot.

Yeah my guy friend does that too soo WATCH WHAT HE SAYS!

...He tried to tell me to not put my stand on the end of the riser; then it fell... but after, he laughed and said, "I told you so."

...He thinks my friends brother is cooler than me, so he decides to 'take him under his wing'

Him: We're both not wearing sweatpants on sweatpants day.
Me: Yeah... I don't own any sweatpants.

Ricky got a haircut... before, his hair covered his ears and in the back was like almost to the bottom of his neck. But it looked good. And now it's shorter. I can see the bottom of his ears and it's shorter and less... IDK. It's weird. *shrugs* He's still cute, of course, though.
