Half-Blood Haven: Vampires, Werewolves, and Spies... oh my!

Harper frowned. "Oh," he said, nodding, 'understandingly.' "Well, since you just woke up, why don't you go grab a bite to eat," He shot a 'no pun intended' look to the wolves.

Emma shrugged. "Okay!" she chirped, shoving her way past the animals and disappearing down the hall.

As soon as she was out of earshot, Harper let his eyes go wide and he ran his fingers through his hair. "That wasn't Emma." He darted into his sister's room.

Sophie continued crying.

As soon as she was out of earshot, Harper let his eyes go wide and he ran his fingers through his hair. "That wasn't Emma." He darted into his sister's room.

Sophie continued crying.

Amethyst darted into the room but Derrick looked at them, "Gonna keep at eye on 'Emma' for a bit. Just for safety measures. And I think Sophie might wanna not leave the apartments for a bit..." refering to the sudden change in the past few minutes.

Harper glanced back at him. "Alright," he said, nodding. "Yes--uhm--Sophie, darling, come here," He picked the little girl up and held her close for a few minuets.

Sophie nestled into Harper's arms and tensed up, as if to say she wasn't moving.

"She's probably heading towards the kitchen," Harper said softly, traipsing over to the closet.

Derrick tailed it, heading for the door and down the hallway. This was pretty creppy if he did say so himself...

Amethyst was halfway burried under the room, sniffing and searching in general. Obviously she was worried about her vampire bestie, yeah Amethyst considered her her best friend and the only one she truly truly had.

Emma was no where in sight--and by Emma, I mean the real-Emma. There was a little bit of crimson here and there, which freaked Harper out pretty good. The bed was upturned and the sheets and pillows were scattered. Her clothes and a drawer or two was tipped over. A glass picture frame was on the floor, the glass completely shattered.

"Emma?" Harper whispered, his eyes wide. "Emma? Are you in here anywhere?" He started over towards the closet, which was shut tight.

'Emma' was also just walking calmly down the hallway, a sort of dumb smile on her face.

Amthyst was getting worried about the blood too. Either she'd been hunting or something else had happened. A humanlike whimper escaped her throat as she moved towards the closet. Silently her eyes travelled to Harper as she scratched on the door. 'open please?'


Derrick contiuned to tail after Emma, catching up evr\ery pawstep

Harper opened the door; all the hangers and clothes were on the floor. But no sign of Emma. "Oh, Lord..." He mumbled, stumbling back and sinking to a sitting position.

Sophie curled up in a tight ball and started crying again.

Emma glanced over her shoulder. "Why are you following me?" she asked quietly, arching an eyebrow.

Amethyst nearly leapt into the closet and started tearing it apart as if sure she was hiding in there. "No, no... no... this can't be happening..." It was about as close to tears as a wolf could physically get.



"Doesn't a boyfriend have the right to follow his girlfriend?" he asked nonchallantly. He paused when she did, looking her in the eyes.

Something in Emma's eyes sparkled dark violet for a few seconds. Then they flashed back to golden. She laughed, "Yes, I suppose so," she responded, nodding. "But I thought we cleared it up that I 'wasn't' your girlfriend?" She winked.


Harper set Sophie down. He walked over to the window and threw it open. There was a little bit of crimson on the sill; almost looking like hand prints. {Dun dun dun!} He leaned out the window and narrowed his eyes, glancing about.

Sophie continued to bawl her eyes out.

Derrick noticed the violet flash in her eyes and nodded a bit, Harper was right but who would want to be in Emma's place? I mean... not in that way he just meant what'd she possibley do and all? "Well, but I thought we requisited that on Friday night," he said calmly.


Amethyst padded over to Sophie and pressed her muzzle against her head. "Hey there, darling. It'll be alright," she promised her softly.

Emma laughed quietly, "So?" she said, giving a sort of cruel look back at Derrick. "That actually meant something to you?" While in Emma-form, Violet figured, why not mess things up?


Harper jumped silently and carefully out the window, landing lightly on his feet when he hit the ground--he took of in a flash, darting into the forest.

Sophie continued crying, "Want hug," was her response.

"Slightly," the full-blood said cooly, hiding the wounded part of it. He knew it wasn't fully Emma but was she still in any control at all? There hadn't been a Friday night but there'd been a week ago...


Amethyst sighed and looked at her, "I can't hug. I'm all paws..."
