I wrote more. I'll add it now. It's not the best. (well, at least that's what I think)

They stayed there for a while and talked to me. I had a great time, and I didn’t freak out at all.

After a while (I had lost track of time), Nick checked his watch. “We have to go now,” he said, sounding honestly upset.

“Oh,” I said, hearing the disappointment in my voice.

“We could drive you home,” Nick said. “That is, if you want a ride,” he quickly added.

I smiled. “That’d be nice.” Nick smiled in response.

They led me to a normal minivan, one that blended in easily in my small town. Big Rob sat in the driver’s seat; he had probably been waiting here the whole time they were with me.

Joe, Kevin, and Frankie climbed the van, climbing into the very back row of seats. Elvis jumped in and sat in Joe’s lap.

Nick led me to Big Rob’s open window. “This is Bianca,” Nick said. “I told her we’d drive her home. Is that okay?”

Big Rob smiled. “Yeah, it’s no problem. Hop in,” he said.

Nick went in first, then reached his hand out and helped me in, even though I could’ve easily made it myself. “Thanks,” I said quietly.

“No problem,” he laughed, shutting the door.

Once everyone was strapped in safely, Big Rob started to drive. I told him how to get to my house, which was, unfortunately, not far from the park. When we got there, Nick helped me out.

“I’ll be back at the park tomorrow to walk Elvis again,” he whispered. “See you there?”

I nodded and smiled; he beamed in reply.

I said goodbye to everyone, and thanked them. Then I walked up the steps to my front door as the van drove away. This was one day I would never, ever forget.
