Power Dogs

I inflicted pain on Aakarshan and pushed him off of me.

Rosepetal jumped on Snakehowl, who snarled and lashed out at her eye. Rosepetal howled in pain and fell off, holding a paw to her eye.

Aakarshan tumbled back with a yelp of pain and snarled at Deathheart,then jumped up and slashed his face.

I roared and instead of inflicting pain, I poured in onto Aakarshan, like hot tar.

Snakehowl snarled at Rosepetal as she limped off. Sunrain meanwhile had escaped.

Aakarshan collpased and fightingly stood up, then barked at Snakehowl to retreat because Sunrain had escaped.

Snakehowl nodded and took off after his mate.

The scrarch on my face bled.

'come on!" snakehowl called.

Aakarshan, looked at Deathheart one more time bared his teeth and ran after Snakehowl and Sunrain.

Sunrain stopped well into the territory and put the fox cub down.

"Are you two alright?" Aakarshan asked with concern.

"I'm fine." snakehowl barked. Sunrain collapsed.

Aakarshan stood in shock for a moment before going and placing a paw on Sunrains chest her heartbeat was fain but there, "we will have to carry her to my cave" Aakarshan told Snakehowl.

Snakehowl nodded. He put her on his shoulders and picked up the still living fox cub.

Aakarshan took the fox cub from Snakehowl and stood next to him helping to support Sunrains unconciues body, it seemed like days but only 30 minutes later they made it back to the cave. "What happend?" Abena gasped, "She was collapsed from the fight" Aakarshan said as he layed her down. Abena came up and licked his nose, "You three need to rest" and she placed a paw on Aakarshan's head and forced him to lay and rest she did the same with Snakehowl.

Snakehowl lied down and fell alseep. Sunrain remained unconsious.

As they were resting Abena stepped out of the cave and pulled up a few roots with her teeth, "these should help them feel better" she said with satisfaction, she walked into the cave and reapedetly picked up a rock with her teeth and dropped it on the roots to smash them into a paste.

I groaned. "Rosepetal."

Snakehowl slept peacefully. Sunrain remained unresponsive.

"Rosepetal." I said again, a bit of a growl in my voice.

Rosepetal looked at him through her good eye. The other was gauged out. "yes?"

Abena went back out of the cave and picked up a small blue flower she walked back into the cave with it clenched in her teeth she then shook the pollen from the small flower onto Sunrain's nose, "there that oughta wake her up soon"

Sunrain opened her eyes. "W-Where am I? Wheres' the f-fox?"

Abena smiled "hush, the fox is safe you are in my cave your mate and mine have saved you they are over there resting."
