"Romantic," agreed Tim, his eyes fluttering closed.

Jami snorted. "It's for--"

"Watch it."

"Er--"

"That's mean, too."

"It's for wimps?"

"Better."

"Its for gentlemen who know how to treat a girl" She said, laying down and looking at the sky

Tim raised his hand. "Such as I."

"And that's why you haven't even kissed a girl yet!" Jami snickered.

"Shut up, Bond." Tim kicked at Jami.

{Mkay!}

Emma lay flat on her back in her bed. She'd been there since someone had laid her there the day before; she had barely moved or spoken. She was starig up at the ceiling, her expression blank yet pained. A good three or four blankets were smothering her, but she didn't seem to mind, and wish she had more. Loosing Harper was too much for her...she had to send Sophie to stay with her brother for now, she couldn't deal with the toddler's questions or crying. She was barely holding herself together--how could she take care of another grief-striken little being? With a quiet sigh she glanced to the unlocked but closed door. Would someone visit her soon?

Amethyst knocked on Emma's door, sniffling again. She hadn't gone to sleep the night before, she'd been up all night crying. Truthfully she'd thought Harper was an amazing guy and really did like him. Why couldn't he had let her go? She was a full-blood and healed faster than he could; a lot faster. Maybe he'd have still been here...
A fresh tear trailed her cheek, "E-Emma?"

Taylor nodded, "Sparkling makes them sound very odd and girly. I mean really, how the heck did Meyer come up with that insane idea? At least Ms. Rowling had some sense to her story. Okay, the werewolf thing was a little odd..."

Severus grinned at her, and soon started to laugh at what she was saying. "Wow, that has a lot of truth to it." He said with a nod, his head turning, and he gazed at the forest. "Aaaandd.... Evie is out in the forest." He sighed.

Evie took his hand, and used it to help herself up. She brushed some leaves off of her pants, and looked around, squinting through the darkness. "I 'dunno. He's been treating me like if I was glass lately." She rubbed her eyes, "Great. I can't see. Too dark." Because Evie was only a vampire half blood, she didn't have Severus's full-blood eyesight.

"So what if he hasn't Jami? Its not that big a deal" Hope shot at Jami, sitting up slightly.

Emma turned her head to look at the door. "Come in, dear," she called softly, her voice still hoarse from her screaming yesterday. "Door's unlocked." Not like she could get up to unlock it again. Emma was growing frail once more, as frail as she bad been when she was a human child; she was fighting it, but so far, she'd lost her ability to walk and sitting up was getting hard, too. But she ignored it.

Both boys snorted. "Yes it is." they responded.

"Whatever, you two can think that" She said, sitting up and pulling her knees up to her chest. Hope rested her chin on her knees and looked at both boys.

"I can see. Follow me," he held onto her hand and began to lead her forward. And it was true; it also helped he lived out here so it wasn't that hard to show her the way out of here. "Well there's the war coming and all of that."

"Not all of it. Well one Sirius obviously isn't dead, Sirius had a Squib sister, Albus was as straight as a board, and well Harry obviously isn't married to Ginny," she said calmly.

{BRB dinner!}

Amethyst opened the door and forced herself to look normal. "Hey, what's up?" Amethyst limped in on crutches. By the time she'd gone to Susan, her ankle had been almost the size of a pumpkin.

Emma looked up at her. She shrugged a little. "Nothing much," was her response. "How are you? How is your ankle feeling?"

"True, true." Severus said with a slow nod, "I was dead, obviously. That part she managed to get right... unfortunately." He joked a little, the corner of his mouth pulling up slightly.

Evie followed obediently, making sure her hand was still in his. Truth be told, Evie was slightly afraid of the dark. Outside dark, not the 'I need a nightlight in my room' dark. "Yeah, I guess." She responded quietly.

"Whatever, you two can think that" She said, sitting up and pulling her knees up to her chest. Hope rested her chin on her knees and looked at both boys.

"Still hurts but it'll heal," she said with a sigh. "Feeling any better, yourself? Can guarentee that house couldn't have been any fun."

Emma shook her head. "I don't feel that well," she admitted softly. "My back is hurting quite badly..." She looked to the window. "Can you open my window, Ame?"

Amethyst hobbled over to the window and opened it up. "Maybe we should have Susan take a look at it again." Her tone qas quiet as she suggested this.

"And the fact that the forest isn't the safest place in the world while the Haven is," he suggested. Sirius had gone through the same conversation with him but he'd gotten to stay because he was always with the pack... usually.

Taylor grimaced at that and shrugged, "Unfortunately." She agreed and looked away again. "Got Tonks and Lupin's death right... And Fred and Mad-Eye Moody and..." she looked up and shrugged again, "Read it too much."

Emma frowned. "At what?" she asked. "My back or your foot?" She sighed softly and smiled weakly. "Thank you. I needed some fresh air."

(seventeen-ish. Technically she's like fourty something)

"Your back," she said with a smile. "Welcome. Feels a bit better in here," she said with a heavy sigh.
