The new book is The Heroes of Olympus #1: The Lost Hero. It's a sequel series to PJO.

I can't believe Percy gets kidnapped though!! Last month, the title role in Marc Webb's upcoming "Spider-Man" reboot was reportedly down to five actors. However, as Sony nears a decision on the part, a few new names have been added to the mix as well.

According to Deadline, Anton Yelchin ("Star Trek"), Aaron Johnson ("Kick-*edited*"), and Logan Lerman ("Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief") recently completed screentests for Peter Parker; in addition to previously announced finalists Jamie Bell ("The Eagle of the Ninth"), Andrew Garfield ("The Social Network") and Alden Ehrenreich ("Tetro").

The report also indicates that more candidates for the part may be added and that Columbia Pictures wants to make its selection soon.

Lerman has previously been tied to rumors listing him as both the frontrunner and as someone who was out of the running entirely — which seems unlikely if he tested as recently as last week.

Veteran screenwriter Alvin Sargent officially signed on for the "Spider-Man" reboot in May. Sargent has previously written on all three previous "Spider-Man" movies.

Production on the new "Spider-Man" is expected to begin later this year in order to meet its July 3, 2012 release date.

@wwbbff - I thought the animation was good ^^ but the person they picked for Percy and Annabeth looked NOTHING like I had imagined them.
I always pictured Percy somewhat overweight XD don't ask me why.

Annabeth was a horrible choice, but Logan Lerman was PERFECT for Percy!!....in my opinion xD
