Merry - Posting on Amazon has been requested, so it should be there within two weeks. nod (The advantage to buying it on the CS site, though, is that you don't pay any extra, but I get more of the royalties. xD)

Yeah, they usually have it next to the names. I noticed that when I was doing a new copy of ItR. I think it was added recently, because it wasn't like that originally.
