The Sown Shadow - Bringing you yesterday's news today!

Started writing when Shadow was in an emo mood . . . and she's not anymore. xD
I’m not happy. And when I’m not happy, that means I’m unhappy. And when I’m unhappy, people such as brothers annoying me with their singing should know better.
I’ll give you three guesses as to why I’m unhappy.
No, not because of my parents.
No, not because of my siblings.
Because of Jamie.
He is such a vista. >.< Why can’t he ever let somebody else be right for once? He doesn’t always have to outdo everyone else, and here’s a news flash for him - he’s NOT everybody’s favorite guy in the world.
It’s so stupid, really. Here’s what happened . . .
You know, I think something’s wrong with me. Physically. Because suddenly the room’s shaking around me . . . >.<* I’m not even kidding.
To top that conversation off, anyway, I feel so alone.
I thought today was gonna be a great day . . . and it was, until the last half hour we were there. But then Jamie ruined it, and Ann was so busy conversing with Gri and Mary that I never got any time with her alone. I never got any time with anybody], and it’s really selfish of me, but I didn’t get to say anything I really wanted to. Uggggh . . . I can’t even tell Ann anything. Because halfway through whatever I’m trying to say, she stops paying attention because somebody else comes up and interrupts me.
I see now. I’m not anybody’s favorite person . . . nowhere near that. Because if I try to say something, accidentally interrupting somebody just because I didn’t realize they were already talking . . . nobody listens to me. But everybody listens to the people that interrupt me.
Don’t mind me, don’t mind me . . . I’m just in an emo mood at the moment. I’ll be fine after a night of thinking about Jacob or Cody or David.
This is good for me, I supposed. I asked for humility, and now it’s being tossed right into my face . . . a big, heaping dose of humility.
Joe is probably a better friend to me than anyone else I know, when I think about it. I can always joke around with him . . . yet, we don’t always joke around. We have a lot in common, but enough not in common to keep our friendship interesting. He has at least some respect for me, and duh that’s mutual, cus I like everyone. xP He actually talks to me, pays attention to me, and doesn’t just blow me off like Ann and Mom and Jamie and Gri do way too much.
But then again . . . that’s only when we’re actually sitting next to each other. He won’t single me out . . . nobody does, though, so I suppose that’s too much to ask.
Well . . . I suppose I’ll recall the good moments of band now.
Firstly, the whole experience of three hours of practice wasn’t as bad or as long as it originally seemed. I lived, and I’m not sick of the trumpet either.
Joe and I kept laughing about how we always failed at the long, high end notes that are found in most of the songs we have in senior. He totally cracked up when I said, “I almost made it!” after losing my ombechure and failing about halfway through one, and it wasn’t even in a “HAHA TO YOU!” way like Jamie would have undoubtedly been doing. It was just a “lol, niiice” kinda laugh that wasn’t mean at all. It was the right reaction - LET THAT BE A LESSON TO YOU, ANN AND JAMIE AND MOM.
Then . . . well, it’s not like he was really singling me out because I’m basically the person he knows best out of all the trumpeters, besides his stupid brother.
But as we headed upstairs for practice just with the other trumpets, he asked me, “Do you have any clue where we’re going?”
And I answered, “No, not really. xD” So we laughed over that, of course . . . and that moment was when I started telling people about The Harry Incident.
“So, guess what I did the other day,” I said to him.
“What?” he replies. Odd, you know . . . if you tell somebody to guess what you did, they’ll always say what, because that’s what they’re supposed to say. How come we’re not supposed to actually guess? Why do we always have to answer “Guess!” if we really want them to guess? Totally has nothing to do with that, but I was thinking about it later.
“I accidentally married Harry Potter. ^^ ”
“Weren’t you married to that one Jonas Brother? xD” It made me happy that he even remembered that, and didn’t add any adjectives such as “retarded” though I know that’s probably what he was thinking. Because he’s your typical teenage boy . . . Jonas and Twilight, absolutely not for him.
“Yeah . . . but we divorced. He wasn’t right for me. :3”
“Oh, so you needed a little more magic in your love life?”
“
. . .” And then we both cracked up, and Joe acted out that comedy drum beat. The du-dun, CRASH thing.
And . . . later, when we were all sitting down, Joe and I went to get chairs at about the same time. But he pulled one out and pushed it towards me, then went to get another . . . thank you, Joe, for actually caring enough to make me happy about things. Nobody else gets me chairs. (Except that Jim dude. xD He’s nice to girls, too.)
Wow. Even now, I’m still not smiling . . . Jamie sucks. >.<
Well . . . hmm . . . Jacob!!
Jake: Yeah?
Hi. Can you cheer me up? >P
Umm . . . sure? What happened? o.o
Jamie happened. >.< I really don’t like him . . . he’s a jerk.
Yeah . . . seriously. He could take a lesson from his brother.

Psh, no, but thanks. I doubt he’d be able to hear you. He doesn’t even like Twilight . . . hates it. It’s not fair to you. I’m really glad now that Joe was the one who was supposed to play you in that movie, not Jamie . . . Jamie doesn’t deserve to be you. >.<
Wow, wait, what? xD They don’t like Twilight, but they were doing a movie about it?
Yeah . . . a spoof, mainly. Twi-Harry, Breaking Potter’s Dawn: The Demon Dishwasher of Drury Lane. So it was about Twilight, Harry Potter (GONNAMURDERTHATHARRY), that demon barber dude whose name escapes me . . . ugh, Draggy would know. And about the muffin man.
How does the muffin man fit into that? *raises eyebrow*
Dunno. xP I never had much to do with it . . . I only even know the name because of these t-shirts Jamie and Joe had for it. Which started the whole car thing . . . wow, so many chains of events in my life. I probably would never have been good friends with Joe if not for the cars, and the play he was in . . . and I just realized my mom doesn’t know much about teenagers. She thinks Jamie’s funny, when he’s just an irritating jerk.

Anyway, I know how you feel about the "not being anyone's favourite" thing. :/ Sometimes I just feel like sprite. Everyone likes it, but it's no one's favourite. But anyway, don't worry- it may not seem like it, but I'm sure you're a lot of people's favourites! I know you're one of my favourite pallies to talk to. :3 I guess I don't really count though, 'cause I'm online... But I'm sure your offline friends like you too, it's just that some days they get caught up talking to other people. I know that even though Mal's my best friend, I still talk to Binky a lot just because we have a ton of insiders. But that doesn't mean that I don't love Mal too! Maybe it's just the same thing with Ann. She probably doesn't realize she's ignoring you.
