The Shadows

Here I'm starting the planning of some of my characters for a story idea I got a while back, along with a couple things about the story.
Possible Story Titles: Death's Lullaby; Shee*; A Thousand Faded Souls
P.I.A.S.: Desperate to get away from the chaos life has in store for her, Milly uncovers a whole new dimension--same world, same people, but most in different form.
Protagonist: Millicent Zelda "Milly" Decca
Antagonist: Mari Tomoyo "Shira" Chiba
Supporting Characters: [in progress?] (1) Nicholas Link "Nick" Clark (2) Eric David Clark (3) Benjamin Thorn (4) Forrest Alexander "Alex" Gibson
Year: 2011
Location: Somewhere in the US...
Occasion(s): Massive Japanese terrorist attack (I have nothing against them--I am of their descent! *holds hands up* xD), government being the GOOD guys for once...
Now, let's get to the actual characters.
Milly
Full Name:Millicent Zelda Decca
Nickname(s): Milly, Zelda, Zee, Zee-Zee, Mill-Mill [some are more rarely used than others]
Age: 14
Height: 5'5"
Physique: Ruler
Skin Tone: Fair
Eye Color: Cloudy Lavender
Hair Color: Brunette
Hair Length: Just past shoulders
Hair Wave: Barely wavy
Imperfections - Facial: Minimal freckles, dull lips
Imperfections - Limbs: Left foot barely bigger than right, ring finger longer than index finger on left hand
Imperfections - Health: In the past she's broken her ankle, and elbow; super-severe Hemophobia.
Imperfections - Physical Ability: Smelling, singing, dancing, thinking quickly.
Talents: Memorizing, learning fast, speedy runner and walker, slipping away from grips, flexibility, drawing.
EB/NO: She can do either.
Temperament: Typically kind and mysterious
Loves: Painting, reading, Owl City, peanut butter, apples, apples in peanut butter, tricking people when matters aren't too serious
Likes: Being able to prove herself, All Time Low, running, sarcasm, cheese
Okays: Singing, school, Rise Against, bananas
Dislikes: Dancing, being forced to do something she doesn't want to do, being underestimated, detention, having things that were once fun no longer fun, gummy bears
Hates: Being in the spotlight, being confined, being confused, Lady GaGa, pasta
Fears: Blood, losing a loved one, getting captured by the government, being killed by a terrorist, having the world on her shoulders [but like that's going to happen, she's only the protagonist of the story...]

Age: Somewhere around Milly's age...

Physique: Lanky
Skin Tone: Not Tan, Not Pale
Eye Color: Murky Blue
Hair Color: Black
Hair Length: Cropped short to the bottom of his earlobes
Hair Wave: ... No.
Imperfections - Facial: Some say his nose is a little small...
Imperfections - Limbs: There's two scars, one on his right knee, another on his left elbow; his toes are a little short [xD]
Imperfections - Health: Nothing in particular...
Imperfections - Physical Ability: He's broken bones before, but not much outside of that.
Talents: He has a good wit and physical ability. Some say he's really sly, too.
EB/NO: Either or.
Temperament: He's mild, on the cool side, but when he's mad, he's burning to destroy whatever's making him feel that way.
Loves: Playing tricks, hanging around in random places, pickles (xD), fire, summer.
Likes: Getting what he wants done, electricity, rock music, meeting people, spring.
Okays: Grapes (xD), autumn, winter, video games, movies.
Dislikes: Peanut butter (=O0O0O0O), sitting down for more than fifteen minutes at a time, complex situations.
Hates: Citrus fruits (this dude is crazy!!), toddler shows, opera, people that aren't chivalrous
Fears: Being totally defenseless and helpless.

Height: 5'11"
Physique: Slightly muscular
Skin Tone: Barely tan
Eye Color: Dark Brown
Hair Color: Light Blond
Hair Length: Same as his brother's, cut short at the bottom of his earlobes
Hair Wave: None.
Imperfections - Facial: His eyes are just a little bit big, minimal freckles, eyebrows a little thinner than they should be.
Imperfections - Limbs: You have to look really closely, but his right arm is longer than his left.
Imperfections - Health: Just a little bit of bad blood circulation
Imperfections - Physical Ability: Nope
Talents: Athletic, a little bit of wit, cooking, dancing--he's pretty much all smooth like Michael Jackson had been.
