Shadow suddenly began to howl, racing around and around in a circle and shapeshifting multiple times into different creatures. "I sense something! Something evil is coming!!" she screeched.

Shadow was still running around, cackling madly, but at last she decided to turn into a giant sapphire dragon - her favorite form. Haha, this is gonna be fun!!

She could smell them now, too. They smelled like rot, that's what. And they were getting closer by the second.
