Hey, it's me. :) Sorry that I couldn't get online yesterday. It's kind of a long story, but I'll try to shorten it... I had band from 3:30 to 6:30 and I got home at 7:30. Then I had to eat and re-do my Social Studies project because the other one got stolen. (We had to make a map of a Sumerian City-State) That took two hours. So it was 10 and I had to read half of this book... and I couldn't come here. xD Sorry.

That was horrible; my poster getting stolen. Because my teacher didn't really believe me. I can't blame him. Why would someone steal that? It had my name on it and everything. *sighs* I gave my poster in today, so I'm glad that's over. :)

I saw Hunter and Nick in the halls this week, but I haven't talked to them because I had to miss band with them for the other band. xP I hate when the other band is on Wednesdays. I can't see Hunter or Nick and I have no time to do homework.

Jason has been talking to me a little more lately. Most of the month, we barely talked, but I think things are starting to change. :) Yesterday he told me my project looked good, even though it was horrible. My City-State looked like a mix between a piece of Ravioli and a Pop-Tart. And then in Science, while I was at my locker looking for my poster, he put on my glasses. I'm not really sure why. xD But it was funny, cause my teacher thought I was at my locker looking for my glasses, so she got mad that he was wearing them. And we talked a bit today. :)

I'm not sure if I told you, but we recently got 2 new songs in band: Korean Folk Song Medley and Crazy Train (Ozzy Osbourne). I'm excited about the first song, because it's fun and I got first part, but not for the second song. I have a lot of rests and I got 2nd part because the other second part trumpet players (Hunter and Nick) need help. xD

I get to miss most of school on Tuesday for my concert. The regular band is all coming to watch, too, and then the people in the other band from my school go out to eat. And we're having a pizza party Friday. :) I'm excited.

I just finished reading the book Rules. It was pretty good, but really easy. I wish my group was... smarter? They think 100 pages is a long book. But I did convince them to read Keeping the Moon by Sarah Dessen. I'm only on page 38, but it's good so far. I'm going to look at her website, 'cause I hear her other books are good. Has anyone else read her books?

I missed American Idol last night, so I didn't get to see Joe or anything. I hope someone knew it was on and recorded it for me, or else... xD

The first semester ended today, and we get our new schedules tomorrow. Maybe all be in another class with Jason. xD

I bought Today was a Fairytale by Taylor Swift. :) I really like it. I want to see Valentine's Day really bad, but I don't think I will since the only reason I want to go is for the Taylor/Taylor scenes.

I'm going to ask my mom if she can take my to Barnes and Noble this weekend. I really want a new magazine.

OOH! I have 16 new e-mails! :)

Dude, you got Crazy Train? That's epic! Which instrument plays the melody? Cus the saxes like to play it for fun in my band, and it sounds really cool.

Lol, people who read short books can really be annoying. xD But at the same time, it's fun to impress them by reading books like Brisingr. I haven't read any Sarah Dessen myself . . . what genre does she do?

xD I know. The books are so short, and the font is huge, and it's pretty much a 3rd grade level. And then our conversations when we discuss the books are sooooo lame. xD Sarah Dessen write young adult books... realistic fiction. *nods*
