Dead .

Death

When I look around a room
And I see nobody there.
I try to talk to him.
But then I end up nowhere.

So, when I look around myself.
And I see nothing around.
I try to go back to somewhere.
Where I can see or hear a sound.

I stretch my eyes open wide
And I try to make some sense.
But my eyes won’t let me see
As the air quickly turns dense.

I choke on the air
And my mind becomes fogged.
My lungs tear.
And I can’t go on for long.

A cold breeze passes through me
And my skin covers in bumps.
I fall back into black nothingness.
And my heart no longer thumps.

I feel something envelope me
And I try not to feel any dread.
Then something tells me.
That I am now dead.
