My grandma has a Volvo that looks like Edward's in Twilight (I don't know the make) except for it's tan, not silver. Razz

I don't know anyone who has a Volvo, haha. Speaking of which, I think I'll start a discussion about it, cuz it gets kinda boring without discussion. So after we're done discussing one thing, anyone can just come up with a random discussion about the series! nod

First of all, did you notice that Edward's car is black in New Moon instead of silver? Chris Weitz said it was because the Volvo car company people donated them the new version of the Volvo, and he said people were going to ask if he thought they were idiots for not noticing it's a different model, so he just made it black instead. Do you think he should have just kept it silver and have it be slightly different model?

Yes, that's what I thought too. I mean, it's like legendary now, and as a huge fan, I freak out whenever I see a Volvo and always go, "now only if it was silver..." or, "OMG, a silver volvo!!!!" lol
