I picked up the entire bowl of mashed potatoes to use as ammunition and took cover behind a nearby table. "Chicks before d---s!" I hollered, laughing.

(I blanked it out cuz I didn't know if we're allowed to say it. xD)

"Takes one to know one!" he sang, crouching near a chair...which is a pretty darn sucky hiding place, if you ask me. But he had a great weapon--a bowl of meatballs that was conviently existant. He lobbed one at her with a laugh.

It hit him square in the face. He laughed and flung it off onto the floor with a shake of his head. "Thanks," Jake chortled, grinning at her again. "Hey, if we get in trouble for this, I'm blaming you!" He pegged her in the neck with three expertly thrown meatballs.

"Fine by me!" I replied, ducking behind the table so that two of the meatballs flew over my head and the last landed on my head. I brushed it off, laughing, and threw two more handfuls of potato.
