The morning dawn shined on Haruna's apricot skin. Her pine green eyes were lit by this light, comparable to the fate of a match when pressed to a striker. They sparked, and a content flame was tamed inside her gaze. She was pressed in the soft blades of meadow grass. Flowers circled around her, whispering in the breeze such soft lullabies, soft enough to make her gently smile and close off her eyes to the world. How perfect.

I sat on a branch of tree listening to the gust of wind whistling through the leaves. Petals from cherry blossoms covered my head and circle around me. I smiled with bliss. "Finally some peace and quiet."

"Yo Kiara! come on!" I yelled from under the tree.

"Wah!" I yelled as I fell off. "Man, at least give me some warning." I grumbled as I rubbed my shoulder.

Haruna's ears, neighboring the soft ground, picked up on a thud. It had probably come from the forest grove that surrounded the small clearing. Propping herself upon her elbows, she gracefully bended to aloft in a sitting position, her legs crossed as if she were tribal. "Hello? Is anyone out there?" Her soft voice rang through the meadow like chimes in the clear breeze.

(You can call me Emy or anything you want. )

"Hunh?" I heard a soft voice in the distance. "Hey Haruno theirs somebody nearby."

I glanced around with a blank face. "I have no clue of what your talking about."

"Come on brother." I took off.

Haruna's eyes of an evergreen pine scanned her surrounding area; slipping through the unsheathed swords of high meadow grass, but finding nothing out of the ordinary. Now she was on her light feet, defensive. She reminded herself that she was a jounin. She could handle whatever these guys through at her. She had no problems with enemies most of the time, and she wasn't going to let that calm reputation of hers falter as if they were on weak stilts. No, her foundation was as strong as the trunks of the trees she adored. She was fine and so was her village. They could show themselves as they pleased.

I swiftly ran towards where I heard the voice and I saw somebody in the distance. "Who is she?"


"I don't know." I walked out into the small field showing myself in the open.

[Arigato, Emy. ]

Haruna paid no attention to the young girl as the world slowed to a stop. It was as if the man had frozen her axis by some ungodly power... the power that was called terror. One thing went through her mind, as she made a terrible misconsumption of appearance. How was she supposed to know? She had never seen Haruno, and he bared a striking resemblance to the S-Ranked Criminal... "Uchiha... Sasuke!?!" Even the calmest of jounins were all terrified of that name, and Haruna was no different. As calm as she was; there are some things no one can stand strong to. Instinctively she rose her hands to preform a technique. Useless or not, she couldn't just gawk in shock.

I bursted out laughing. "Ok, ok, kid. I'm not Uchiha Sasuke. I'm Uchiha Haruno." I calmed down. "It's ok. I used to get that a lot during missions."

I ran out and stood by Haruno. "I'm Uchiha Kiara!" I looked like a midget next to my brother which was 6'1" and me 5'8".

Haruna regained most of her composure and caught her fleeted breath. Tcch... kid. She repeated, mentally. How much older do you think you are... She grumbled to herself in an internal manner that still, though a bit scoffing, sounded like soft clouds within her body. She didn't really know what to say. Of course pleased to meet you was out of the question, and apologizing for the trouble would be awkward. "Hello, Uchiha Haruno; Uchiha Kiara." She stated calmly, fastening on a gentle smile.

(Sorry, I'm slow because I'm watching Bleach and I got carried away in it. I'll be more frequently checking in, as I hope to stay multi-tasked. )

(Hehe it's ok. I was going through some really old sketchbooks. I was really obsessed in Neopets at one point. XD XD)

"Hehe, nice to meet you..." I stopped in mid speech. "ummmm... What's your name?" I chuckled.

Haruna blinked to gather up on her thoughts. If she hadn't jumped into horror so quickly, she would have noticed that this was nothing like Sasuke. He radiated a comparatively blissful aura to the one that seeked such shady vengeance. "Haruna. Haruna Yuzuki." His features brightened her calmness and made her feel at ease. "Nice to meet you too."

(..... yup in the third grade. haha! OMG I haven't drawn anime in so long.. Well.... Anime eyes.. LOL I fail at drawing shoes... )


"Nice to meet you Haruna!" I smiled crookedly.

"Haruna and Haruno haha sounds almost alike." I laughed.

(I fail at drawing in all specifics and generalities. Heheh.)

Haruna's face tinted a faint pink at Kiara's words. Her gaze sheepishly laid upon the ground. "I suppose they do..." She chuckled light-heartedly, deciding to strike up small-talk. "So... well, I'm 18, and a jounin. How about you two?" She asked of Kiara and Haruno, now curious about these mysterious yet blissful Uchiha members.

(Bah. She's not as calm as I thought she'd be, probably because I suck at playing calm people. More of a shy, sheepish type. But still calm in her own way. Gah. So complicated Haruna is. xP)

"I'm 16 and a chunin." I grumbled.

"I'm 21 and a jounin/anbu" I crossed my arms. "Kiara still has a long ways to go."

I mouthed his word with my hands. "Yeah right if it wasn't for that exam I would have been a Jounin or Anbu!" I sighed.

(Haruno is more of a wise, and fun guy(Like my older brother). LOL and Kiara.. Well She's like me! bad temper, artistic, and gentle and sweet. HAHA. I have the worst temper when it comes to sports)

Haruna chuckled softly, her eyes brimming with calm glee. "I remember my Chuunin Exams... that was awhile ago. I'm not prodigy or survival story like some, but I did have a great time." She smiled warmly, and left out the part whereas she was surrounded by ten ninja; they tried to hurt her teammate for the scroll. Heh, they... died, so to speak. She had never had such a good fuse when things she loved were in danger. Pretty ruthless.

(The only sport I can do is run. And run I do. 37th best 70 meter dash in the county, you bet! *Flashy pose*)

(Wow!! This year was my first year doing track. I did a mile and ran it around 7 min. not good.. and I did Discus because of my height and long arms. I got fifth in district! Yay! I play Basketball and Golf. Those are my top two sports. *Does a flashy pose with Squeeky*)

"Really? I had a horrible time back then." I made a confused face.

"My teamates disappeared in those exams." I sulked.
