Anubis licked his lips, watching the sharks. He looked up and noticed that his handler had also sprinkled some food into his tank. "Well, you are good for something," He said, laughing. He quickly munched on all the flakes. "So John, how are the sharks today?" He asked, between bites.

Serinity ignored the conversation. She really was not too found of sharks, or turtles for that matter. "Anubis, you'd better eat all those. I don't want to find them floating at the bottom when I clean the tank" She said, smiling.

Anubis sighed. "Sure thing your majesty." He said, sarcastically. He watched John feed the sharks as he ate.

John turned his attention to back the sharks.

Anubis watched his turn back. He then turned his attention to Serinity. "So, are you going anywhere tonight?" He asked, not really caring.

Serinity shook her head. "Nope, not really"

A shark jumped out of the tank. "Bruce!" John snarled, pouncing onto the shark, holding it's jaw shut.

Serinity screamed and almost jumped into Anubis's tank. It was a bit small, so she jumped onto the counter. She watched as he closed his jaw. "Oh!!! Why aren't the tank's larger!" She said, mostly just talking to herself. She was pretty much afraid of all sharks, she liked small creatures.

Anubis started to laugh, he rolled over in the water and held his stomach with his claws. He was perfectly safe in his tank, but if he wasn't, he would of screamed too. "It's just a shark." He said, watching Serinity.

John wrestled with Bruce the shark before finally tossing it back into the tank.

Serinity slowly got off the counter. "Wow, didn't know you could wrestle sharks?" She said, looking at Bruce in the tank.

Anubis swam over to his rock.

"Well, I have to." He said pointedly. "If I couldn't, these guys-" He jabbed a thumb at the sharks. "-would be flopping around on the ground all the time."

Serinity giggled, "Yeah, I guess." She said. She smiled, "Well, maybe Anubis would like to swim with them" She said, glaring at the turtle.

Anubis shook his head hard. "No thanks!! I take everything back!! Please.." He said, shaking his head some more.

Serinity nodded. "Remember it!" She told Anubis. "So, why sharks?" She asked, reaching into her pocket. She felt some money and smiled. She knew that working those extra work hours would pay off.

"Why sharks? Well, when I was 4 my dad was a shark tamer. He threw me into the tank once, and they liked me." He shrugged.

"Wow, I'm glad they didn't eat you." She said, kind of amazed that he survived. /His dad must have been amazing/ She thought. She sighed and looked over at Anubis for a moment.

He stared blankly at her, and jerked 'awake' when a shark squirmed out of the tank.
