[Ro] Nivrithi bit back a snarl. He wanted so much to attack this cat, but he knew it should not happen, so instead he padded towards the cat. "Greetings," he spoke, his voice deep and toned, "I hope I'm not intruding, but what territory am I on?"

[Ro] Nivrithi nodded slowly, "I understand. So you're a loner, then?" Nivrithi had yet to meet a loner, for all he had met before were clan cats and rogues, none of them seemed pleased of his presence.

-----(M) Spottedshadow looked up at Darkstorm, and felt almost flustered when she found he was watching her himself. Any inkling of what to say disappeared from her mind, replaced with something emotion that had echoes of contentment. She had never actually realized how nice his eyes looked . . .
-----Stop it! she snapped at herself, abruptly tearing her gaze away. A blush began to creep across her cheeks; this was one of those moments where she was glad she had dark fur. Don’t you dare let yourself fall for him. You’re both going through enough already. Just, just, um - think of something to make him feel better.
-----”Ahh,” she began, altogether not very certain of her words. “Fish - I - um - they’re - nevermind!” What. The. Heck. Is. Wrong. With. You. If Spottedshadow was her own mother, this would’ve been the moment were she gave herself a timeout.

-----(M) Leopardstar nudged the remainder of his mouse with a paw, letting out a quiet sigh. His eyes were half closed, and he lay stretched out in his den, downhearted and hopeless.
-----It wasn’t his predicament entirely. In fact, it barely was at this point. To say he didn’t miss Silentstorm and Twilightspark would definitely be a lie . . . but he managed to think about it less now. It was only occasional moments, maybe once every few days, when the old ache came back to his heart.
-----Now he was simply upset because there seemed like so little life left for the Clans. He watched cats go about every day, sad and quiet because of whatever losses they’d faced, though most of them were able to put their Clan duties first. But the broken hearts were there . . . he knew all too well what they looked like, and it made him feel so bad for the others. For them to share his pain was never something he’d wanted . . . it would have been better if he was the only one in the Clan with any reason to mourn.
-----Enough of that, he told himself, slowly rising to his feet and picking the bones up. Leopardstar made his way out from his den to go bury the remains, and after that . . . he would find something productive to do.

-----(S) Sorry now that he’d asked, Coalglow winced a little bit. “That’s . . . that’s horrible,” he murmured, looking pained. Even though the situation had never happened to him - Cindersky, his mother, had always loved he and his sister equally - he could still picture how painful that must be.

[M] Surprisingly enough, her words actually got through to me. I stared at her, confused. "Fish? What about fish?"
[L] I winced. I would never, ever resort to such crude alternative - I'd rather die first, or at least eat plants or something. Killing and eating other cats - ugh. I suppressed a shudder before eying him apprehensively. "Do you have all the information you need, then?" I asked carefully.

-----(L) Topaco nearly ran after her, suddenly unable to bear leaving her alone. Would Windyleaf be able to handle it, saying goodbye? It would have to be hard . . . he literally had to force himself not to go after her. If she needed you to come, she would’ve asked, he reminded himself. No need to go into the Clan’s camp and cause a riot over this. She’ll be fine . . . won’t she?

Windyleaf padded up to her son,who titled his head and said "Yeah,mom?"Windyleaf whispered[b]"I... I'm becoming a loner...Sunnypaw...again.I'll visit sometimes... promise..." Tears rolled down both the leaf cat's faces,and they touched their tails to their shoulders. Windyleaf then nuzzled her son, and ran off, the tears streaming down.
