FORRY SORTA KINDA NEEDS TO STOP TALKING IN CAPS (10/3/10)

Have you realized it's 10/3/10? I have. So I decided to put it on my blog title. Oooh, burn in the jealousy. Burn in it like the bagels I fried this morning. ^^

So, my family is here, my grandpa, grandma, and great uncle Jim. They all live far away, so it's good to see them again. Very Happy

Last time I saw them, I think I was a foot shorter than I am now. o:

I know it sounds weird, but my Grandparents kinda fascinate me. O.o I mean, think about it, there are so many things they've been through and everything, it's like, they know so much. They were kids once, they were teenagers once, they were wild and crazy and reckless once. They were heartbroken, had crushes, fell in love, and found the right person to grow old with through it all.

That's sort of why I've always looked forward to being a Grandparent. Then I can go 'you know, back in my day, we didn't have holographic transporter thingy ma bobs' and then tell this epic story about some stupid I did once and sound like a total hero and have a buncha these faces staring up at you: Shocked

Just, think about it, one day Wiis and iPods and everything we think is new and awesome will be old and relic-like. One day we'll be able to fascinate tiny kids with our knowledge of todays' computers or whatever. I think that will be kinda cool, but then again, I'm kinda weird. o.e

YES, I AM. xD Not the wrinkly part. The expeeeerience part, duhhh.

I do think it'd be cool to be a grandparent . . . I look forward to the rest of my life, don't you? xDD The part I personally can't wait for is just finding out how I'm gonna end up as an adult.
