HHey, people. My icle (uncle) is here and he's watchnig the news so I just escaped up here because the news depresses me, esxcept ofr stuff about Lebron Jamwes but after a while it's just same old same old, ya know?

I didn't jailbreak it. It's just an averate iPod touch. But it refuses to updatebecause there's a problem with backing it up apparently. Yetif I just do a regular backp with ou trying for the update, it works fine xP

One of my apps spazzess, too. dont' nkow if ythey can doantyhing about that, but i contacted teh people who ike made the app 3 times and it stilldeons't work writhgt (right) xP

Before you take it to the Apple store, though, have you tried resteting (that was supposed to be reseting) the software?
