A walk through reality,

I took a walk so the truth I could see,
I took a walk through reality.
I stopped and observed man's lonely ways,
I stopped to observe their shameful days.
What gives us the right to live in this world?
What makes strong paths ever curled?
We are such sinners, walking with shame,
And we're the only creatures left to blame.
We're so bold we think we rein,
And those who are pure are easily slain.
Why strive for strife oh lonely beings?
Why bow to princes or powerful kings?
When only one true being rules us all,
He gave us feet so we don't have to crawl.
Yet we stand in front so proud and strong,
And say we don't need anyone to right the wrong.
Yet fall we do, and cry we must,
Why have we lost that powerful trust?
I can't change you humans of old,
Though I may be proud and often bold.
Only you can change, so I'll move on,
To another place I am quickly drawn.

I took a walk so the truth I could see,
I carry on through reality.
I stopped and observed matadors,
I stopped to ponder as my lion roars.
He sits with me and I pet his mane,
I calm him sweetly with my name.
Oh look down on these who take helpless lives,
Oh poor creatures so from word it derives.
But who am I to judge this possible moron,
Come deer lion, lets move on.

I took a walk so the truth I could see,
I'm carrying on through reality.
There we stopped and beheld a fight,
In the shining glow of the moon's light.
We saw two creatures of lowly peace,
Me and my spirit set down by the trees.
Ponder great lion, why do they fight?
Could it be over love? Or simply might?
Don't know great beast? I understand,
Don't speak at all, just wave your hand.
But we are ghosts, simply an invisible thing,
Never knowing what mysteries life may bring.
What creatures are these, my friend?
Creatures of good? Or creatures who sinned?
Dark spirits you say? Oh lion I see!
Dark spirits like the one that lives in me.
These spirits are different though,
None to lead them or path to show!
Poor spirits deer lion, I pity them,
Great tiger and bear, the sight is grim.
We can't change them deer lion,
We'll leave them cryin.
For only they can change their way,
We'll return another grand day.

I took a walk so the truth I could finally see,
I'm coming to the end of my reality.
Stop here my lion, my dearest friend,
We have come the sadest and hardest end.
Here I can see me, walking alone,
With no path that can be shown.
I'm no leader here, not even sane,
Oh lion, do you feel my pain?
Oh wait dear creature! Oh wait my beast!
Oh wait my friend, lets have a feast.
Wait my friend, I see the answer is very close,
I can change me, and thats what matters most!
So here we are, as free as can be!
So ends my grand walk, through reality.
