"Oh... Hi.. It's, um, Rosie," I started, not sure what to say. "I was wondering if you wanted to do something tonight?" I asked, wondering if the call had been dropped.

I had stopped myself from calling her Babe, because I had a feeling she was going to break up with me.

"Barosie? Huh?" I thought to myself. "Sure, where do you want to go?" I asked, already sketching out a design I'd made. Jeremy flashed into my line, but I quickly pushed him away. Yech. I was fourteen when I met him - I was glad that slimy Julie got him. Why would I ever want to stay with the same guy since I was fourteen? And I could never live with the guilt knowing that I stole him from the love-of-his-life. A.k.a, Moi. I always had a feeling he came to the island to get me out of Miri and Jake's hair. It was kind of coincidental, huh? So, sure. She could have him, every last bit of him. I was onto bigger and better things. Like Justin. I smiled, my glossy lips parting, as I waited for him to answer.

"Yes the Rosie girl. Is she always so... rude." She said. "Eh, she doesn't seem that bad. Her and Alison seem neck-and-neck. If you can be friends with them, they'll love you." I chuckled. "Well puh-lease explain to me why I'm so alone out here? Is there a town? a city! Something I could do. Somewhere I could go? Anything." She complained as I wrinkled my nose. "You're probebly so alone 'cause you picked the wrong spot to live. And there isn't a town. A few shops like Starbucks, Burger King, all of that." I told her. "You can go to the movies, swim, socilise?" I offered. Like 'well, duh'.

"Please don't talk to me like i'm just suppose to know. I just got here it's not like 'Rosie' told me anything about where to go? It's all her fault." I sighed walking over the my home and took a seat on the steps. "And it's no like I can just pick up and house walk to where ever it is everyone is and dropped it down in a quaint little place on a HILL!" I was getting frustrated with this whole good for nothing place.

Blake eyes got wide and she smiled with delight. "Really fun. My teacher is funny and she sings on the piano, and I met my friends already. they are Selena, Bailey, and Daisy. And I played blocks, and at recess I played tag. And I had a sammich for lunch and crackers too. And then we painted pictures of our family!" she said in one breath. I laughed at her for being so funny.

"Umm, anywhere I guess. Why don't you come over to my place..?" I asked. Then I got an idea. I used my mind reading power and knew what she was thinking about immeadiately. "Who's Jeremy?"

"Cool..." she clapped. "My homework is to show you my picture!" she giggled and then took a painted picture out of her little folder. In the picture was me, her, and Alison. Me and ALison were holding Blake up by her arms and swinging her back and forth.

"Crap, mind reade-" I cut my thought off. I felt kind of scared to say/think anything. "Hm? Jeremy? Oh, some old friend of mine," I shrugged. "And yeah, sure. Be over in an hour, okay?" I asked. "See you soon, babe," I made a kissy noise, before hanging up. "Great, now time for my outfit..." I thought to myself.

I laughed when I heard her think about me. So I hung up and got ready to go see her. I put on a old pair of ripped jeans, a black Tee shirt, and a pair of green converse.

"This is so pretty, Blake." I smiled, taking the picture and giving her a hug. "Do you want to put it up on the fridge?" I asked her, staring at her blank folder. "Hey, how about we decorate that?" I asked her with a small smile. "We have glitter, markers, crayons, all of that." I explained.

Blake just nodded enthuiastically.

Blake was thrilled with all the glitter.

I just watched them. I was a dude, and wasn't too good with glitter and stickers. Blake was amazed though. My mom couldn't do this stuff with her because of Blake being adopted.
