Why do the badges suddenly cost "rep"?=(

It's not actually taking rep, just giving it
It's because Shadow and I figured out that you can't actually send points on here as it has the simple, not the advanced, mod for it.
You can also trade badges though, Mia
That is where you give one badge to a person, and you get one of theirs in return

When you give someone rep, it doesn't really take away from yours, it just gives them something...
Am I missing something?

To buy a badge first please fill out this forum:
The badge I want to buy is (the name of the badge):
It costs this many rep points:
I do have enough rep points for this badge (yes or no questions, if it's no you won't be able to buy it):
It's by (the artist who created it):
I paid the artist who created my badge {insert how much the badge costed here} on this date:
I now have this many rep points:[...]
How does that work. Because you don't really have rep points which you give.

That parts kinda like how in court witnesses swear they will tell the whole truth nothing but the truth ect. Just them promising their not lying kinda

It might not always be rep, though. We don't know for sure, but we might have another way of doing it.

Well I can always update it And I'm not trying to be rude or anything but when I was left out of like half the PMs I was the tinest bit annoyed, I don't really have any idea what's going on... It's no big thing, though.

Oh, sorry. xD I was just conversing with whoever it was (my crappy brain doesn't remember anything xP), and so I figured that if we came to actual decisions, then we'd tell you. I didn't really think we needed to yet, and with the whole rep thing, if whoever it was didn't tell you before going through with it, then that's not really good. XD Cus you do need to know the decisions. Or suggestions for them. I just didn't know if anything was official, so yah.
