But when Bruce decides to top Rain, then maybe I'll start doing his laundry again. But no one can top Rain, even Light. So...

I beg to differ. Because Kira and Batman are the vigilantes, while Light and Bruce are their regular/cover up personalities. Therefore, Bruce Wayne is Light and Kira is Batman .
