Okay, this is basically only for people who have read the Shadow Children sequence. Wink

So this is taking place when the population law is in place, but for a different reason. Now the WORLD is running out of water, and there is a ONE child law. There is a chatroom created by an unknown person, and the kids plan to join the Poppo's to infiltrate and destroy them from the inside. Wink
