"I'm, er, I'm coming!" Sasuke yelled and tried to brush the chicken feathers off his shirt. He opened the door, and didn't realize he still had a baby chick on his head.

I tried to hold back a laugh when I saw the baby chick on Sasuke's head. "Um... you... you have a baby chick... on your head..."

"You can keep her if you want..." Sasuke said. "Or... you can keep this one." he pulled another chick out of his magazine rack. It had a black lighting bolt shaped mark on it's head. "Cuz this one's named after you."

I held my new little chick in my hands while I walked with Sasuke. I'm so happy to finally have my first pet.

"We're going to give you a present!" Sasuke said, and put the baby chick on top of the bag of sugar Kurea had.

"No, no, no!" I shook my head. "Sorry, I can't take care of an animal, with all my sugar. How about you give it to Lee?"

"It's growing into my house now!" I said. "I woke up at 10 this morning and it still looked dark because the sugar cane was filling up my window!"
