Academy of Starlings

Fantasy; High (magical creatures exist, odd abilities (superpowers) fae type of stuff)
Maturity: low ( the only violence allowed is fighting for training or against evil creatures.) No gore, you can have crushes on other characters and stuff, but please no more than pecks on the cheek and stuff like that.

A note about fantasy ~ In the type of world the role play takes place, the universe is a god figure. He or she is called the 'Thought' (sounds lame I know)

Your family is as normal as could be. Or so you think. One day your parents decide to tell you a little surprise, They aren't your real parents. And your real parents are sending to off to the boarding school Academy of Starlings to develop your abilities. The catch is the academy is in an alternate dimension and your "abilities" aren't those of a human. It turns out that you are only part human, to be exact, you are a Galaxy (A child of the universe. There are three different types, listed below). The alternate dimension that the academy lies in is extremely different from what you are used to. All of the supplies of the academy grow on the Island or are supplied by magic. The headmaster of the academy is the Goddess of Stars. Now all of this happening sorta explains a lot in your life, the odd things happening (your powers), why your hair is an extremely odd color and same with your eyes, and the item that always seems to bring you luck actually contains the soul of your guardian.

You can pick you characters to be three different types.
A: Starling (child of a star)
B: Moonbeam (child of a moon)
C: Rockling (child of a planet)

Rules:
The typical rules of a roleplay, no godmodding, (etc)
Only Guardians can shape shift, and they are usually in the form of a living creature. (even if it's made up)
you can have animal features, but that's it.

Appearance: one purple eye one green eye, black long hair. As soon as she was told about the academy, she formed Cat ears and a cat tail
Guardian: Gertrude, a white cat that commonly changes colours. She likes to take the form of a white haired girl with rainbow eyes. she used to be an egg.
Ability: She sees these weird creature things, and when in need the become real and do stuff.
Type: Rockling

Appearance: Aretmis has silver eyes that sparkle and dark brown hair that flows down to her chest. She has tan skin. Wears a crown that goes down to her nose.
Guardian: Artemis (She's her guardian because she's a guardian.)
Ability: Darkness to turn to moonlit/Day to night.
Type: (rockling, starling, or Moonbeam) Moonbeam
Other: You have to have a Maturity/Fantasy rating.

There was a loud pop and two figures appeared nearby. One was a pale girl with white hair that looked a bit like feathers, rainbow eyes, and white feathery clothes. She was named Gertrude. The other had long black hair, black cat ears and a tail, and purple and green eyes. Her name was Marmalade "THAT is the last time I let you take me somewhere." Marmalade snapped. "It's not my fault the dragon had a bad sense of directions." Gertrude muttered. "At least I actually got you here Little Chrissy."
Marmalade wasting no time in slapping Gertrude upside the head.

"Yep!" Marmalade paused to glare at Gertrude, who turned into a cat and slid away. "You seemed to have kept your positive attitude Artemis." She winked.

Name: Pleiades 'Pia' Sky
Age: 14
Gender: Female
Appearance: She has blue-blonde hair and her eyes are as bright as stars. She seems to shine.
Guardian: Lissette, a petite girl with gold eyes. She has light blonde hair.
Ability: She can move things with her mind.

Ability: Time traveller, summoner (she can summon items from anywhere she wants)

Lillian was running across the grounds. "EXCUSE ME!" she called, running past Marmalade.

There was a thundering roar and a large T-rex followed after Lillian.

"There's something you don't see every day." Marmalade muttered.

Suddenly there was a foul odor in the air, and Lillian and the dino had disappeared.
