You may be wondering-What's 'The List'?What on earth is a BIAP?Is there cookies involved?
I will clarify this for you-Starting with the BIAPs.BIAPs are Bored Internet Addicted People.This is the place where there discuss,yell about,and post all the places they've been to relieve this boredom.The List is the place where all these sites go,and you the member are required to visit,explore,debate,review,and rate these!
