Anne Frank;; The Hero
Anne Frank
Two years of hiding
Two years of guilt
Two years of silence
Two years to wilt
Two years of Secrets
& Two Years of Sorrow
Two Years where everyday
You'd wish there was no tomorrow
But the Secrets got out
And the snitches had snitched
So they scurried about
From their homes they were wrenched
They were sent to a camp
That was surprisingly decent
But in just a short while
They were once again resent
Six months of Concentration Camps
Six months of starvation
Six months smelling worse than tramps
Six months with no vacation
Six months of no showers
Six months in the same clothes
Six months of deaths and disaster
Six months of loosing those who are close
Six months of diseases
Six months full of parasites
Six months filled with sneezes
Six months loosing all your might
And person by person
They gradually fell
And so they were sent
To the gas chambers of **** (am I allowed to put that?)
Their bodies were burnt
Like they were wood or decay
Humans, the Nazis weren't
Killing machines; what a cliche
Annelise Frank cried as her sister lay still
No heart beat, not breathing
Margot had been terribly ill
She was covered in lice
And her skin was now chill
So Anne looked to the sky and said
"It is me you should kill."
Anne's prayers were answered, for just in a day
Her body was numb, her breath taken away
She was a survivor, a hero
Strong at the heart
To the German's she was a zero
But from the other's, she was apart
Two weeks after her death
The British troops cleared the way
If she'd just saved her breath
She'd still be alive today
Two years of hiding
Two years of guilt
Two years of silence
Two years to wilt
Two years of Secrets
& Two Years of Sorrow

Aw, wow. That was amazing and so, so true. The world is a very unfair place for some.

Amazing! :3
And I had asked a mod, and apparently, I was told that we were allowed to post *heck* instead. I'd asked if we were allowed to, so don't worry. XD
I understood what you meant, but I always somehow prefer *heck* instead, XD
