Well I already knew Near was a guy because everyone here was talking about him, but I wasn't sure whether that was him before they said his name, sooo...

Ooh, yay! Another Near supporter! He's my second favorite but I like him almost as much as L. xD Yeah, he's almost EXACTLY like L, it's kinda freaky. It's my secret theory that Near is L's son. Only L woulda been 14 when Near was born. So...

When someone said Near or Mello or whatever, I just pushed it to the back of my mind. xD Theory being, "I'll meet them sooner or later, why care now?" xD

That's probably how it's gonna be for me too xD The second I saw him, I thought, "That dude seems awesome, he seems like the rebirth of L." xD So how old are Near and L?

One thing I don't get: Why is Near's hair white? xD

And Mello is twenty-one and Near nineteen, or they would be right at this very moment anyway, according to the books . . . I think a couple dates might've been different in the movie, but idk, maybe that was just for random peoples' deaths. Can't remember. XD

That new looking Shinigami was Light. And IDK really on that part.

Cause I mean. It says that when a person uses a death note, they can not go to Heaven or heck. So they must go somewheer? IDK xD

Oh, that one! . . . I really don't think it is Light, though. I said something like this a while back, like, "The place humans go when they die is M.U. (nothingness)." And the whole reason for that rule, according to the authors, was that once a person was dead, they were gone, and there was no coming back. And plus, on Wikipedia, they'd talked about an hour-long Death Note special on Cartoon Network where Ryuk talked to a random shinigami about Light and his life and stuff, and I suspect this is a couple scenes from that.

(Yeah, though, seriously. *-* I don't understand that moi dembo part at all.)

Actually, once they go to MU apparently everyone on earth forgets about them. >.>

I don't get the whole thing. I'd prefer if Light became a shinigami.

I'm still a little skeptical, but you know what's cool is, the authors always meant for the readers of Death Note to draw their own conclusions on the little mysteries . . . so I'm sure it's the same for the show!
