Same here, but I put mine on sleep mode, so it plays for some time, then automatically goes off, and it has a music alarm I wake to. It's supposed to run on batteries too, but it's screwed up, so it only runs when I plug it in.

Mine is weird. It doesn't have sleep mode and unless I set the backlight to stay on, it turns my iPod off after a while.

I don't think mine technically does either. XD Like if music is playing, it won't go off, I think. But otherwise, it turns off after a few minutes. And my backlight is set to turn off after two seconds.

I usually set it for 2 seconds, unless it's in my speaker.

Ah. Now, see, my iPod speaker is weird. XD No matter what I have plugged into it - even though it's originally a Shuffle charger - it turns off automatically after about ten minutes, if the volume of the music thing is too quiet. The speaker volume doesn't matter, but if I have my iPod turned on quiet, the speakers turn themselves off after a while.

Weird. lol! I don't have it on while I'm sleeping, it has to be absoultely quiet and pitch dark for me to sleep! lol! My ipod can work when it's not plugged in, but after a while when it's not playing music, it automatically turns off...

Lol, it usually has to be for me, too, but sometimes I'll just be daydreaming, and so I have to turn some music on for me to concentrate on falling asleep. XD I usually just use the earbuds in that case.

Me too, my parents' bedroom is right next to mine, and you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls! lol! So if I turned my speaker on, even really quietly, they'd hear it and come in to tell me to turn it off...

My parents don't mind me listening to music all night as long as it's quiet. So I put it in my speakers on a volume only I can hear.

I got like 4 new songs on my ipod last night! But now I only have like $6 left, and that's sad because i just bought a $25 iTunes card like a month ago...

I have like no money on iTunes. The last songs I put on were all the songs from Lines, Vines, and Trying Times by the Jonas Brothers, but I only got those cuz my mom bought me the CD.

The only actual CDs I own (like, not bought from iTunes) are Lines, Vines, and Trying Times, the CD from the Jonas Brothers 3D movie, 2 Taylor Swift CDs, and a Christmas CD my mom got me. I wanna get more (even if I bought them on iTunes) so if something happens to my computer and I lose all my music, I can just upload the CDs instead of buying them all from iTunes again.

The only physical CDs I own are really old ones, the most recent one being Vanessa Hudgens first album! lol! [The rest are REALLY embarrassing.]
